Farmers and food producers participating in the High Country Food Hub got together on March 18th, 2021 for our first virtual format of the annual Scaling Up workshop series.
The goal of these workshops was to help farmers, ranchers, and food entrepreneurs increase their capacity in order to scale up to new markets. This year's workshops focused on post-harvest handling and packaging, designing consumer-friendly bulk meat sales, and best practices for commercial kitchens and food safety guidelines.
